With FEA (Finite Element Analysis) we carefully calculate the structural strength, durability, performance and crash simulations of our designs to detect potential problems before construction of physical prototypes. We do that with software Ansys and LS-Dyna. This way we leave nothing to chance.
At Certum Engineering we carry various types of FEA-calculations: from static structural, over modal, buckling and rigid dynamics, to harmonic response and transient structural.
Our experienced engineers calculate both linear and nonlinear FEA analysesalways with a keen eye for detail. For example, we simulate predictable loads as well as crash and fatigue analyses.
Before we FEA-generate calculations, we work detailed 3D models out with CAD software Creo and SpaceClaim. We then use these designs for simulations in Ansys.
Using the sophisticated software tool Ansys we work our FEA analyses accurately. Via software LS-Dyna we also calculate crash simulations. Quality guaranteed!
